When is the 2024 Utah Valley Parade of Homes?
June 6-22, 2024. Homes are open Tuesday-Saturday from 12:00pm until 9:00pm, closed Sunday and Monday.

I’m traveling to Utah for the parade, which airport should I fly into?
Salt Lake City airport. Please email events@uvhba.com if you would like more information about travelling to Utah for our parade.
Is there an age limit to visit the parade homes?
Children age three (3) and older are required to have a ticket. Everyone is welcome.

How many times can I walk through a home?
Your parade ticket allows one entry into each of the parade homes, with an additional 2 re-entries into a home or 2 of your choice.
How and when can I access the Virtual Parade?
The Virtual Parade will be available on our website www.uvparade.com June 6-July 20, 2024. You will need to enter the code on your parade ticket to access the virtual parade.
Is there a separate ticket for the Virtual Parade?
No. There is one parade ticket. Your ticket will give you access to visit the homes in person and the virtual parade.
How many times can I view a home on the Virtual Parade?
You can view each home virtually as many times as you want between June 6-July 20, 2024.
Where can I find the addresses of the homes listed?
Home addresses will be released on the opening day of the parade. You will be able to find the addresses on the parade mobile app (downloaded from the app store on your phone), online at uvparade.com, or inside the parade magazine and map insert.
When and where can I view the parade map?
The map will be released on opening day of the parade. Download the Utah Valley Parade app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for turn-by-turn directions.
Where can I get the Parade of Homes magazine?
Magazines will be available on opening day of the parade. You can pick up a parade magazine at the first home you visit.
Are the parade homes for sale?
Some Parade homes are for sale Refer to the home details at uvparade.com, the parade mobile app, parade magazine, or ask the builder when visiting the home.
How can I vote for People’s Choice Awards?
You can vote on the parade website www.uvparade.com or by registering your ticket in the parade app. Enter your unique voting code found on your parade ticket to access voting. Voting ends July 20, 2024.
What is the Utah Valley Home Builders Association?
The Utah Valley Home Builders Association protects, preserves, and promotes the home building industry in Utah Valley. The Association is made up of both builder and associate members within the building industry. The UVHBA is an Association of members who give back to the community through community service, scholarships, and other charitable donations. The UVHBA brings you the Utah Valley Parade of Homes® event each year. Our members volunteer their time and expertise by serving on the following committees: Government Affairs, Membership, Parade of Homes, Events, The Cougar House, The Wolverine House, Education, Scholarship, and Community Service.
