When is the 2026 Utah Valley Parade of Homes?
June 4 – 20, 2026. Homes are open Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
How much does a ticket cost?
$25 per ticket, plus a $1 service fee.

Tickets can be purchased on our website www.uvparade.com
I’m traveling to Utah for the parade. Which airport should I fly to?
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). Please email events@uvhba.com if you would like more information about traveling to Utah for the parade.
Is there an age limit to visiting Parade Homes?
Children aged three (3) and older are required to have a ticket. Everyone is welcome — bring the whole family and enjoy the Parade of Homes!
How many times can I walk through a parade home?
Your Parade of Homes ticket allows one (1) entry into each Parade Home, plus up to two (2) additional re-entries into any home(s) of your choice.
Can I bring pets or a service dog to Parade Homes?
No. Pets and service dogs are not allowed inside or outside the Parade Homes. The Parade Homes are privately owned residences and are not public buildings. You may use your Parade of Homes ticket to view the Virtual Parade at uvparade.com and still experience the homes virtually. Thank you for your cooperation.
How and when can I access the Virtual Parade?
The Virtual Parade will be available on www.uvparade.com beginning June 11, 2026. You will need to enter the code printed on your Parade of Homes ticket to access the Virtual Parade.
Is there a separate ticket for the Virtual Parade?
No. One Parade of Homes ticket provides access to both in-person home tours and the Virtual Parade.
How many times can I view a home on the Virtual Parade?
You may view each home virtually as many times as you like between June 11 and August 31, 2026.
Where can I find the addresses of the Parade Homes?
Home addresses will be released on the opening day of the parade. Addresses will be available in the Utah Valley Parade app, on uvparade.com, and inside the Parade of Homes magazine and map insert.
When and where can I view the parade map?
The parade map will be released on the opening day of the parade. Download the Utah Valley Parade app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for turn-by-turn directions.
Where can I get the Parade of Homes magazine?
Parade of Homes magazines will be available on the opening day of the parade. You may pick up a magazine at the first home you visit.
Are Parade Homes for sale?
Some Parade homes are for sale. Refer to the home details on uvparade.com, in the Utah Valley Parade app, in the Parade of Homes magazine, or ask the builder when visiting the home.
How can I vote for People’s Choice Awards?
You can vote for your Favorite Home at www.uvparade.com or by registering your ticket in the Utah Valley Parade app. Enter the unique voting code printed on your Parade of Homes ticket to access voting. Voting ends July 18, 2026.
What is the Utah Valley Home Builders Association?
The Utah Valley Home Builders Association (UVHBA) protects, preserves, and promotes the home building industry in Utah Valley. The Association is made up of builders and associate members within the building industry who give back to the community through service, scholarships, and charitable donations.
