When is the 2020 Parade of Homes?

July 23-August 8, 2020
Homes are open Tuesday-Saturday from 12:00pm until 9:00pm, closed Sunday and Monday

How much does a ticket cost?

$16.00 per ticket. Check out special deals from our Sponsors and special discounts through various advertisements.

Where can I view the map?

For turn-by-turn directions download the Utah Valley Parade app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

How and when can I access the Virtual Parade?

The Virtual Parade will be available on our website www.uvparade.com on July 23-August 8th.  You will need to enter the unique code found on your parade ticket to access the virtual parade.

Is there a separate ticket for the Virtual Parade?

No, there is one ticket.  It will give you access to visit the homes in person, the virtual parade, or both!

How do I access the Virtual Parade using the ticket I bought online?

  • Open your confirmation email. Click on the option to “view your order online”. Select “Print all individual tickets”. The unique code to enter the Virtual Parade is below the QR code box.

How many times can I view a home on the Virtual Parade?

You can view the homes as many times as you want during the dates of the parade

Where can I get the Parade of Homes magazine?

You may pick up the Parade of Homes magazine at the first home you visit.

Magazines will be available at the following locations beginning on opening day of the parade:

Where can I find the addresses of the homes listed?

Parade home addresses will be available on the first day of the event. You will be able to find the addresses on the “Utah Valley Parade” mobile app (downloaded from the app store on your phone), online at uvparade.com, or on the map inserted inside the Parade of Homes® magazine.

Are the parade homes for sale?

Some Parade homes are for sale, some are already sold. Refer to the home details at uvparade.com, the “Utah Valley Parade” mobile app, or ask the builder when visiting the home.

Is there an age limit to visit the Parade of Homes?

Children age five and over must have a ticket. Everyone is welcome.

How can I vote for People’s Choice Awards?

You can vote on the parade website www.uvparade.com.  Enter your unique voting code found on your parade ticket to access voting.  Voting ends August 22, 2020.

What is the Utah Valley Home Builders Association?

The Utah Valley Home Builders Association protects, preserves, and promotes the home building industry in Utah Valley. The Association is made up of both builder and associate members within the building industry. The UVHBA is an Association of members who give back to the community through community service, scholarships, and other charitable donations. The UVHBA brings you the Utah Valley Parade of Homes® event each year. Our members volunteer their time and expertise by serving on the following committees:

Government Affairs, Membership, Parade of Homes, Events, The Cougar House, The Wolverine House, Scholarship, and Community Service.

How many times can you visit a home?

Each ticket allows one entry into each of the parade homes, with an additional 2 re-entries into a home or 2 of your choice.

What are your COVID safety precautions?

Please help us keep everyone safe by following these guidelines during the Parade.

  • Do not enter the home if you are sick. Virtual tours are available at uvparade.com with your ticket.
  • Do not enter the home if you do not feel safe or comfortable.
  • Wear a mask inside the home.
  • Clean socks must be worn to walk through the home.
  • Children urged not to attend.
  • Maintain social distancing.
  • Do not touch anything.
  • Hand sanitizing stations available at each home.
